FINAL PRESENTATION 4/20 in Rm 341

Final Presentations

LEED Diagrams

For your final presentation you will create 14 (17x11) diagrams that propose the LEED platinum certification of a project design by you. You (and your partner) will use LEED NC 3.0 in creating a series of diagrams that meticulously show the sustainable strategies and tactics to achieve LEED platinum certification (80 points or more). You will create 2 diagrams for each 7 sections of the LEED criteria, one showing the overall strategy, and the second a detail of the project- showing how particular strategies work. For example for the SS (sustainable sites) diagrams you will show a bird’s eye rendering of the project with each prerequisite and credit achieved. Each credit should have a short narrative in the graphic explaining the credit and how the credit is achieved. The detailed diagram will focus on one area of the project to show how particular credits might be achieved. By detailing particular mechanical systems and or designed conditions, you will show an in-depth understanding of the tactics needed to fulfill the LEED certification process.

You will need to fill out and present the LEED 3.0 scorecard along with the diagrams.
